Who may use Good Sir

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract where you live. Good Sir is intended for personal use. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your password, and promptly telling us about unauthorized access.

Membership and recurring billing

Founding Membership is currently offered at $9.99 USD per month unless a different price is clearly shown before checkout. By starting a paid membership, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Taxes may apply.

Your founding price remains locked while that membership stays continuously active. If you cancel and later return, the then-current price may apply. We will clearly disclose the price, billing frequency, and cancellation method before you authorize payment.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time through the Stripe billing portal in Settings. Cancellation stops future renewals, and access ordinarily continues through the end of the paid billing period. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or where Good Sir states otherwise. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact hello@heygoodsir.com promptly.

Your content and privacy

You keep ownership of the promises, reflections, messages, photos, and other content you submit. You give Good Sir a limited license to host, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate and improve the service and according to your sharing choices. Our Privacy Policy explains our information practices.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Break the law, impersonate another person, or provide fraudulent information.
• Harass, threaten, exploit, or endanger another person.
• Post content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls.
• Scrape member information, send unsolicited promotions, or use the service for surveillance.
• Share another member's private content outside its intended audience without permission.

Wellness and real-world activities

Good Sir supports personal reflection and action; it is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Challenges, exercise, outdoor activities, meetings, and member-organized experiences may involve risk. Use judgment, account for your health and conditions, follow local rules, and seek qualified help when appropriate. Members are responsible for their own conduct and safety unless law provides otherwise.

Service availability and changes

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, threaten safety, create legal risk, or misuse the service. You may stop using Good Sir at any time.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Good Sir is provided “as is” and “as available” without implied warranties. Good Sir and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities. To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid Good Sir during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

Disputes and applicable law

Before filing a claim, please contact us and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally. These Terms are governed by applicable United States law, without overriding consumer protections that cannot legally be waived. Claims must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction unless applicable law requires another forum.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised effective date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms. Questions may be sent to hello@heygoodsir.com.
